桂木凝集素若干生物学性质的研究 被引量:2

STUDY ON THE BIOLOGICAL PROPERTIES OF LECTIN OBTAINED FROM THE SEEDS OF ARTOCARPUS NITIDUS

摘要 含高凝血活力的桂木凝集素,能凝集人A、B、O、AB血型红细胞和兔、羊、豚鼠等动物的红细胞。凝集活力受N-乙酰半乳糖胺、半乳糖、乳糖和棉子糖等多种糖抑制,以N-乙酰半乳糖胺抑制最强。桂木凝集素还能凝集脾细胞、精细胞和促外周淋巴细胞转化;其凝集细胞的作用随凝集素浓度增加而增强,促淋转率约55%。 A.nitidus lectin obtained from the seeds of Artocarpus nitidus exhibited the ability of agglutinating erythrocytes of human,rabbit,goat and guinea pig.This haemagglutinating effect of lectin was found to be inhibited by N-acety-glactosamine,glactose,lectose and raffinose,in which N-acetyl -glactosamine showed the strongest inhibiting effect.A.nitidus lectin also exhibited the ability of agglutinating spleen cells and sperms;and within certain limits,an increase of lectin concentration enhanced the agglutination of these cells.In addition to the agglutination of cells,A.nitidus lectin also promoted peripheral lymphocyte transformation,and the rate of the lymphocyte transformation was about 55%.Finally,A.nitidus lectin was highly heat-stable.
