插入空穴阻挡层改善有机电致蓝光器件的色度 被引量:1

摘要 本文采用插入空穴阻挡层的方法制备了性能较好的有机蓝光器件.器件的结构为:ITO/2T-NATA/NPB/DPVBi/TPBi/Alq3/LiF/Al,当2T-NATA,NPB,DPVBi,TPBi,Alq3,LiF的厚度分别为15、30、15、15、30、0.5nm时,器件的性能最好.在电流密度为508mA/cm2时,最大亮度达到8461cd/m2,在电流密度为13mA/cm2,器件的最大效率为2.99cd/A.且在4~13V较大的范围内,发光色度几乎不随驱动电压或电流密度的改变而改变,稳定在x=0.16,y=0.12附近,是色纯度较好的蓝光器件. We have designed better performance of blue organic light - emitting devices by inserting the hole block layer TPBi, the devices used in this study is ITO/2T - NATA(15 nm)/NPB(30 nm)/DPVBi(15 nm)/TPBi(15 nm)/Alq3(30 nm)/LiF(0.5 nm)/Al. The maximum brightness is 8 461 cd/m^2 at 508 mA/cm^2, the maximum electroluminescence efficiency is 2.99 cd/A at 13 mA/cm^2. The commission international De L Eclariage (CIE) coordination of the devices is very stable at (0.16, 0.12) while the applied voltage varies from 4 V to 13 V. The chroma of devices does not vary with the changing of applied voltage and current density.
