摘要
在深入分析目前晶闸管数字触发电路存在的主要问题的基础上,提出了一种新型晶闸管交流调压电路触发系统的设计方法.提出了基于锁相环的电压同步检测电路的原理与设计,保证了同步信号对电源频率的跟踪;设计了以单片机89s51、计数器8253为基础晶闸管触发电路,并通过相序检测、校正电路实现了相序自适应触发;提出采用高频互补对称触发脉冲设计方法,有效地减小了对脉冲变压器的功率要求.
A novel type trigger system in thyristor AC regulator was presented, which based the analysis on the main problem of presently digital trigger circuit for thyristor. The principle and design of voltage synchronous signal checking based on phase - locked - loop was developed, which ensured synchronous signal follows the frequency of power supply. Based on counter 8253 and microcomputer 89s51, the trigger circuit is constructed, and through using phase order checking circuit and phase - order revising circuit a self- adaptive pulse generating algorism is achieved. The high frequency filling each other symmetrical trigger pulse was suggested, which reduce the power need of pulse transformer effectively.
