PROBE INTO THE COMPLICITY OF CHINA'S ENERGY SECURITY SYSTEM

中国的能源安全体系是一个复杂开放的巨系统,自身具有开放性、与其他体系的交叉性以及"路径依赖"等明显特征;同时面临着来自国内可持续发展和国际"能源威胁论"多方面的挑战;维护中国能源安全体系的稳定性是一个重要的课题,需要把握三个基本原则,即:整体性、自组织、协同。

The energy security system of China is a giant, open and complicated system. It is not only open and dependent but also overlaps with other systems. In the meantime it is confronted with the challenge from the sustainable development at home and ＂the energy threat＂ from abroad. To maintain the stability of China＇s energy security system should adhere to three basic principles, that is, integrity, self- organization and coordination.
