植物低温诱导转录因子CBF研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 植物在低温驯化过程中能诱导许多基因的表达。其中CBF转录因子是目前植物抗寒分子生物学领域研究的热点之一。它通过与低温诱导基因启动子区域中的CRT/DRE调控元件结合,调控一系列低温诱导基因的表达,从而提高植物的抗寒性。对植物低温诱导CBF转录因子的结构、功能及其表达调控等方面的研究进展进行了综述。 Plant can induce expression of many genes during cold acclimation,CBF transcriptional factor is one of hot spots in the field of the molecular biology of freezing tolerance of plant .it regulates a series of expression of cold-induced genes by associating with CRT/DRE DNA regulated element which locates in generator of cold induced genes,consequently,it can improve the ability of plant's freezing tolerance,this article introduces construction characteristics and function,expression and regulation of CBF transcriptional genes.
