摘要
对可编程控制器(PLC)闭环实时控制弃统及在水轮机调速器中的应用技术进行了研究,使PLC调速器在完全达到普通微机调速系统的性能指标(国标)的同时具有更高的可靠性与性价比。给出了频率测量及输入、缩短等效采样周期、可靠性设计等关键技术的分析,研究结果以及物理数字混合闭环实时控制试验结果。该系统的工业样机已经现场运行考验,对三峡等大型水电控制设备的国产化具有参考价值。
A new type hydraulic turbine regulator, PLC-based regulator is introduced, which has not onlyhigh reliability but also execellent performances. Some key technology points related to real-time andclosed-loop control, including input/output technology, the method of shortening sampling cycle andreliability design are discussed . The results of the physical-numerical simulation and the operation ex-periment on a real water power station are given, The research holds an advanced level in china and isbenefit to the design and manufacture of control equipent of the Three Gorges power station.
