摘要
本文报道用黄曲霉毒素(AFT)做长期诱癌实验,发现AFT除诱发肝细胞癌和骨肉瘤等恶性肿瘤外,同时诱发了41.30%(19/46)大鼠的前胃上皮增生和23.90%(11/46)的前胃乳头状瘤。结果表明,AFT对大鼠前胃有显著的致肿瘤作用。
100 male wistar rats were divided into control group and experimental group.The rats of the experimental group were injected intraperitoneally with aflatoxin(AFT),while those of the control group were given the same amount of DMSO only.Animals surviving through week 92 were killed for pathologic examination.Beside inducing hepatocellular carcinoma and osteosarcoma,AFT also induced epithelial hyperplasia (41.38%)and papilloma of the forestomach(23.38%)in the experimental group.The results showed that AFT can induce significant forestomach neoplasias in rats.
