在注塑机制品生产企业中,了解注塑企业行业的特殊性,指出培训面临的问题和困难点,为企业探索培训体系指点方法,为今后企业培养目标所需要学习的内容进行介绍。
In this article, the particularity of injection industry is introduced training problems and difficulties faced by injection enterprises are pointed out methods are advised for enterprises to explore training system, contents that enterprises need to learn to achieve their training objectives are introduced.
