摘要
为了解决铅酸蓄电池在低温下(0℃以下)充电接受能力差、充电效率低的问题,我们采用向负极中加入不同添加剂的方法。由电池的实验结果(充电接受能力,恒电流充电实验,恒电压充电实验)筛选出对低温充电有益的两种负极添加剂——木素+C和NNO。在低温下木素+C电池的充电电量要多于加NNO的电池,10h率充电电量多于5h率,恒电压充电要强于恒电流充电。用循环伏安法进行了测试,结果表明负极添加剂使负极的放电过程加强,而使充电过程减弱。
In order to improve the charge acceptance and charge efficiency of lead acid battery at low temperature (below 0℃), several additives were added to the negative plate, and the Lignin+C and NNO were found to be capable of improving the charge characteristics of the battery at low temperature. The experiment results from charge acceptance test, constant current test, and constant voltage test, showed that the low temperature charge capacity of the battery added Lignin+C was larger than that of the battery added NNO, 10h rate charge capacity is larger than that of 5h rate, and the constant voltage method was superior to the constant current method. Cyclic volta mmetry test was carried out and the result showed that the negative additives enhanced the discharge process of the negative plate and weakened its charge process.
