火力发电厂凝结水系统变频器节能改造

Energy-saving Retrofit of Frequency Converter for Condensate System of Power Plants

摘要 在恒速泵凝结水系统中,依靠节流调节维持除氧器和凝汽器水位存在种种缺陷。为了从根本上解决系统用电效率低、水位波动大等疑难问题,本文以变频器作为驱动单元,设计了一套变频调速凝结水系统。该系统的除氧器和凝汽器水位稳定、自动化程度高、节能效果显著且长期运行稳定可靠。 In this paper, disadvantages of using throttle to adjust and maintain water levels of deaerator and condenser in constant speed pump condensate system were presented. In order to enhance the power efficiency and avoid water level fluctuation, the frequency converter was taken as a drive unit to develop a frequency-converting & speed-governing pump for condensate system of power plants. As a result, the constant water levels of deaerator and condenser could be achieved, the automatic degree was improved, the energy consumption was reduced significantly and steady operational conditions were also obtained.
