大鼠额前皮质向苍白球和黑质的分叉投射——荧光逆行双标记法研究

COLLATERAL PROJECTION FROM THE PREFRONTAL CORTEX TO THE GLOBUS PALLIDUM AND THE SUBSTANTIA NIGRA IN THE RAT

应用荧光逆行双标记技术,分别将荧光素二盐酸4′,6-双脒基-2-苯吲哚(4′,6-diamidino-2-pbenylindol·2HCI,DAPI)和碘化丙啶(Propidium Iodide,PI)注射到大白鼠同侧的苍白球和黑质,在注射区同侧的额前皮质内,可观察到数量较多的DAPl和PI单标记细胞和少量的DAPI/PI双标记细胞。表明额前皮质内存在着向同侧苍白球和黑质发出分叉投射的神经元。

Collateral projection from the prefrontal cortex to the globus pallidum and the substantia nigra of the same side were studied by retrograde fluorescent double labeling technique.After injecting 4',6-diaminno-2-phenylind- ole(DAPI)and propidium iodide(PI)into the globus pallidum and the substantia nigra,a number of single labeled cells and a few double labeled cells of DAPI/ PI were found in the ipsilateral frontal cortex.
