On June 21st, 2007, Ministry of Health of PRC released the Notice of Further Efforts in Management over Mass Purchase of Medical Facilities. In order to cause great concern, on July 27th, the ministry especially held a press briefing on mass purchase of medical facilities. Since then, the work on mass purchase begins to speed up.Governmental mass purchase is a positive earthquake either to public medical organizations or to medical facility industry. For those medical organizations who get ac-customed to independent development, is the mass purchase a chain? For the non-normative facility industry, who will boom, and who will get out of the market?
