激光实时全息干涉法测量精氨酸在PAM水溶液中的扩散系数

摘要 非牛顿流体是普遍存在的,而目前扩散理论的研究仅限于牛顿流体。为进一步对非牛顿流体中的扩散行为进行研究,利用激光实时全息干涉技术,测量了298.15 K时精氨酸在0.05%(质量分率)PAM水溶液中的扩散系数。测量结果表明,随精氨酸浓度的增大,扩散系数减小,接近线性变化;且与精氨酸在水溶液中扩散系数的变化趋势一致,但也表现出了PAM溶液的非牛顿流体特性。 Non-Newtonian fluid is common in the world, but the study of diffusion theory is only limited to Newtonian fluid. To further research of the diffusion behavior of non-Newtonian, a real-time holographic interferometer is used to measure the diffusivities of arginine in 0.05% (by mass)PAM aqueous solution at 298.15 K. The experimental results indicate that: the interaction of arginine molecular and PAM molecular has little influence on the actual volumes of diffusion molecular, and the major impact on diffusion coefficients is the molecular interaction-diffusion coefficient decreases with increasing arginine concentration, and the results are in agreement with the change trend of the diffusivities of arginine in aqueous solution.
