摘要
目的:探讨3种伊蚊细胞系基因组多态性DNA。方法:应用3个引物,通过随机引物扩增多态性DNA聚合酶链反应技术(RAPD-PCR),对东乡伊蚊、埃及伊蚊和白纹伊蚊的细胞系基因组DNA进行扩增。结果:分别扩增出不同数量和分子大小的多态DNA图谱;3种伊蚊细胞的基因组DNA扩增产物除了有部分相同分子大小的DNA条带外,还有各自独特的DNA条带。结论:此方法简便、快速、精确,可用于蚊虫的分子分类研究。
The genomic DNAs of three species of Aedes (Aedes albopictus、 Ae. aegypti 、 Ae. togoi )were amplified by RAPD-PCR technique with three primers (Pz、 Pw、 PL). Different maps were obtained. Most of the amplified fragments are unique to one species, and some of fragments are common forthree species. These results indicate that the RAPD-PCR technique may be useful in studies of mosquitomolecular taxonomy. for its simplification、rapidness、and exactness.
