摘要
应用Ru、Rh等贵金属负载型催化剂,采用固定床连续加氢工艺流程,研究了双酚A催化加氢制取氢化双酚A的工艺条件,探讨了反应过程中各工艺条件对转化率、选择性的影响。采用负载1%Ru、0.03%Rh/ Al_2O_3为催化剂,得到最佳条件:反应温度165~170℃、压力7.8 MPa、液体空速6.6 h^(-1),氢油摩尔比54,进料20%双酚A/异丙醇溶液,催化剂负荷最高达1.86 h^(-1),此时转化率100%,氢化双酚A选择性大于94%。
The process of catalytic hydrogenation of bisphenol A (BPA) to hydrogenated bisphenol A (HBPA) catalyzed by a Al2O3-supported noble metal catalyst was studied. The catalyst contained 1% of ruthenium and 0.03% of rhodium, based on the weight of the catalyst. The hydrogenation reaction was carried out continuously in a fixed bed. The optimum conditions were found as follows: 165 -170℃, 7.8 MPa, liquid feed rate 6.6 h^-1 (vol), ratio of hydrogen to oil 54, 20% BPA in isopropanol,and catalyst loading 1.84 h^-1. Under these conditions, the conversion was 100% with the selectivity above 94 %.
