二苯基二氯化锡催化合成甲基丙烯酸二甲氨基乙酯 被引量:3

SYNTHESIS OF DIMETHYLAMINOETHYL METHACRYLATE CATALYZED BY DIPHENYLTIN DICHLORIDE

摘要 以甲基丙烯酸甲酯和二甲氨基乙醇为原料,用二苯基二氯化锡作催化剂,用吩噻嗪作阻聚剂,通过酯交换反应制备了甲基丙烯酸二甲氨基乙酯(DMAEMA)。通过正交实验确定的较佳反应条件为:以w(二苯基二氯化锡)=1.0%,叫(吩噻嗪)=0.8%,n(甲基丙烯酸甲酯)∶n(二甲胺基乙醇)=3∶1;在此条件下,产率可达91.5%,催化剂和甲基丙烯酸甲酯可重复使用。 The preparation of dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate (DMAEMA) by ester exchange reaction of methylmethaclylate with dimethyl-aminoethanol catalyzed by diphenyltin dichloride in the presence of phenothiazine was described. The optimum reaction conditions were obtained as follows: n (methacrylate) : n(dimethyl-aminoethano) = 3 : 1, the amount of catalyst 1.0% and the amount of inhibitor 0.8% (both based on the total mass of reaction mixture). Under these conditions, the yield of N,N-dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate was above 91.5%. Unreacted methacrylate and the catalyst can be used repeatedly.
