摘要
借助流变仪和差示扫描量热仪分析了双酚F环氧树脂膜的性能,以此为依据先后制备了四个批次铺层方式为[(0,°90°)/(±45°)]s的层合板;利用超声波无损检测和金相显微检查等手段检测了层合板的内部质量;逐步调整、优化RFI工艺的参数,制出了质量较优的层合板;测试了各批次层合板的拉伸、弯曲和层间剪切性能,并对破坏形式和机理进行了探讨。随着RFI工艺参数的优化,制得的层合板的孔隙率逐步降低、层间由疏松变为致密,其破坏形式为不分层的小区域破坏,宏观力学性能不断提高。
Properties of epoxy film are analyzed by using rheometer and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). Based on the results, four batches of laminates are formed, with ply orientation of [ (0,90)/(45) ],. The inner qualities of laminates are investigated with ultrasonic NDT and metalloscope. The parameters are optimized and the optimal parameters for RFI process are obtained. Mechanical properties of laminates, such as tensile property, flexural property, interlaminar shear property, are tested. Failure mode and mechanism are discussed. With the optimization of parameters, the void percentage decreases and porous laminates become compact. The failure mode is small-area non-delaminated one. The mechanical properties of laminates are improved.
