摘要
国内电信市场竞争日趋激烈,而且客户需求越来越呈现出多样化、个性化,传统营销模式表现出的局限性,制约了电信运营企业的持久竞争力。基于客户信息、客户价值和客户行为而进行深入数据分析的精确化营销,由于其先进的理念,越来越成为电信运营企业取得成功的关键因素。目前,通信行业的企业智能系统应用已经从面向数据分析的阶段走向数据分析和营销支撑并重的转型阶段。本文分析了面向数据分析的传统模式,论述了电信企业数据分析系统的现状及未来发展方向。
The Competition of domestic telecommunications market is becoming increasingly fierce, and customer demand are showing more diversified and personalized, but the traditional marketing model had lots of limitations that restricted the telecommunication enterprise to have lasting competitiveness now. So it becomes a key element of success based on in - depth analysis of customer information, customer value and customer behavior in precision marketing. The business intelligence system of telecommunications enterprises is going to an very important transformation stage that turn the marketing work form data analysis phase to both concern data analysis and marketing support phase. This article discusses the current situation and the future direction of data analysis system in telecommunication industry based on the analysis of traditional model in business intelligence area.
