摘要
针对2Cr25N挤压管脆性问题,在实验室进行了不同热处理制度的力学性能和金相实验,并从理论上分析了此批挤压管出现脆性现象的原因,得出了因管材高温水淬后析出马氏体使挤压管产生脆性的结论。
In order to solve the problem of brittleness of steel 2Cr25N, mechanical property test and metallographic test were carried out at different heat treatment in the condition of laboratory and the reasons for brittleness were also analyzed theoretically, the results showed that the brittleness of the pipe was caused by the precipitated martensite due to water quenching at high temperature.
