摘要
研究了固溶温度(940℃-1180℃)对403Nb组织和性能的影响,结果表明:随固溶温度升高,固溶强化和回火过程合金元素碳化物析出起主要强化作用,虽然晶粒长大,但钢的强度提高;断口类型由韧性断裂转变为脆性断裂。
The effect of Solid Solution temperature from 940℃ to 1180℃ on structure and properties of 403Nb was investigated, the results show: with rising of solid solut/on temperature, solid solution hardening and alloy elements' carbides precipitated during tempering played the main role of strengthening,. Although the size of grain grew bigger, but strength of this steel increased; plastic fracture was changed into brittle fracture.
