摘要
通过在不同水温条件下,用CFRV疫苗免疫后的草鱼血清中和抗体效价和免疫保护力的变化探讨水温与草鱼免疫应答的关系。结果表明:(1)水温在10℃以下,草鱼的免疫应答受到抑制,它以CFRV疫苗的免疫临界温度是10℃;(2)在免疫临界温度之上,草鱼的免疫应答随温度的升高而增强,超过草鱼的适宜生长温度(32℃以上),其应答反应反而有下降的趋势;(3)免疫诱导期的水温是决定草鱼免疫应答发生与否和免疫应答强弱的重要因素之一。
The relationship between the immune response of grass carp (Ctenopharyngodon idel-lus) and water temperature was investigated according to the changes in antiserum neutralization titre (ANT) and percent relative protection (PRP) of the fish immunized with the killed cell-rultured vaccine against Fish Reovirus (Vaccine CFRV). The experimental results showed that (1) the water temperature of 10℃ is the critical point to the immunization of grass carp with Vaccine CFRV; (2) the immune response was inhibited below 10℃ and enhanced with increase of water temperature but tended to decrease above 32℃ (the temperature suitable for the growth of grass carp); and (3) the water temperature during the inductive phase is one of the key factors that determined the occurrence and strength of the immune response.
