A Sociological Thinking of Implementing Community Rectification System

社区矫正制度在提高社会文明程度、提升罪犯改造质量、降低行刑成本、解决监狱拥挤和安全等方面取得了巨大成功,但在具体实施和操作过程中还存在着一些值得注意的问题,需要妥善解决。作为第二批国家社区矫正试点省市,内蒙古面临着更多有待思考和解决的问题。

Though community rectification system succeeds in many aspects, there are still some problems to be con- cerned during tile course of implementing and operating and needs to be properly treated. As a pilot region chosen by the nation, Inner Mongolia faces more difficulties to be solved.
