新闻传播活动中,消息来源、受众、传媒组织对记者的角色期待与记者角色规范之间保持着大体一致的关系,这是四方长期互动形成的协商结果,也是新闻传播活动能够正常进行的基础。然而社会实践中来自不同主体的带有特定意愿的角色期待与记者的角色规范发生抵牾是客观存在的,这是造成记者角色冲突的主要原因。

In the social activity of the news communication, journalists identify its social role and the role expectations from the news resources, audiences, and media organization are similar to it. This is both the consultative result of their long - term interaction and the base of the normal news communication. But there still are some role conflicts of journalist in practice, this article analyses its main reasons.
