本文从内部资本市场的角度对多元化企业组织租金的创造进行了分析。认为企业组织租金是协同价值创造,内部资本市场对多元化企业组织租金的贡献也是协同效应的实现。内部资本市场的具体贡献可以从不同层级和不同期限进行多角度的分析,并在此基础上对我国企业实施多元化经营战略提出了一些建议。

This article analyses the rent from the internal capital market angle to the multiplex enterprise to carry on the analysis, and holds that the organizational rent of enterprise coordinates the value creation; the contribution of organizational rent of internal capital market to the multiplex enterprise also is the realization of synergy effect. The concrete contribution of internal capital market may carry on the multi - an- gles analysis from the different level and the different deadline, then we put forward some proposals how to carry on the multiplex management strategy in this foundation for our country enterprise.
