摘要
在保证轧钢顺利生产的条件下,对轧钢加热炉进行分段炉温的稳态与动态优化设定,可使加热炉能耗降低,提高钢坯的加热质量。根据静态优化指标函数与动态优化方法,使用MATLAB进行了计算机仿真,以证实优化方法的有效性。
Under the condition of normal steel production,using furnace temperature static and dynamic optimization can reduce the reheating energy consumption and improve the slab pyrogenation quality. The MATLAB simulation results show the effectiveness by the static optimizing performance function and dynamic optimization way.
