摘要
采用电子探针(EPMA)、X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、显微硬度仪、拉伸试验机分别对铝合金5A06异厚度激光拼焊板接头力学性能及显微组织进行了研究分析。结果表明,焊缝主要组成相是以Al为基体的Al-Si共晶化合物:焊缝区域硬度值从上表面到背面有下降趋势,且平均值略高于母材。
The mechanical properties and microstructure of laser welding thin aluminium alloys sheet (5A06) with different thickness were studied by means of EPMA,XRD,SEM, microhardness meter and draw machine,respectively. The result shows that the welding seam consists of Al-matrix and Al-Si eutectic compounds. The hardness value of the welding seam and fusion line zone declines from the top surface to the backside,and its average value is a little higher than the base metal.
