熔焊快速成型中焊缝下塌问题的研究 被引量:2

摘要 介绍了熔焊快速成型的计算机控制系统,该系统能够在焊接过程中对焊接参数实时调节。应用该系统进行了堆焊试验,对试验结果进行分析得出了焊接工艺参数与成型焊缝熔宽、余高之间的关系。分析了熔焊快速成型中熄弧处焊缝容易下塌的原因,并以焊接工艺参数对焊缝成型影响的研究为依据,提出了一些解决的措施。进行了单道多层和多道多层的堆焊试验,试验证明所提出的方法有效。 The computer controlled system of welding rapid prototyping was introduced. During welding, this system could adjust the weld parameters in real time.Using this system and the analysis of the results, the relationship of weld parameters between weld width and weld height was gotten. The reasons of the depression of weld seam in rapid prototyping were analyzed, which usually happened at the end of welding. And according to the previous research, some measures to resolve the problem were provided, Finally, by the deposit welding experiments of a single-track and multi-layer part and a multi-track and multi-layer part, the test results show that the measures are effective.
