摘要
选用哑特猕猴桃腋芽为外值体。在不同发育阶段适宜培养基组成:芽增殖生长培养基为MS+6-BA0.5mg/L+IAA0.1mg/L(或者IBA0.1mg/L;NAA0.1mg/L),其在苗基部是辐射状萌发多个嫩枝与主茎伸长生长同步进行的繁殖特点,有利提高繁殖率。40d繁殖系数为5-7。诱导生根培养基为MS+IBA0.5mg/L+IAA0.2mg/L,生根率达97.1%,培养30d,平均留高3.5cm,茎粗1.5mm左右。此培养基既生根又长芽,能一次成苗。研制的“二步成苗法”简化培养程序,降低成本,缩短成苗期。平均移栽成活率为86.7%,最高达93.3%,定植成活率100%。短期内(两年)获试管苗1.5万株以上,组织培育商品苗5700余株。一个简易、快速、实用的工厂化育苗工艺流程已基本建成。
This experiment has solved basically some key problems of the technology of multipropagation of kiwifruit- The suitable medium components of the distinct stage (mg/L):the medium of the propagation; MS + 6-BAO. 5 +IAAO. 1,numbers of yong shoot produced from base of the shoot and grow synchronized with the main stem,it be advantageous to the improved the propagation rate. The propagation ratio was 5-7 within 40days. The medium of growing rOot: MS+ IBA0. 5 +IAA0. 2, rooting rate was 97. 1%,and the seedling height and stem diameter reached 3. 5 cm and 1. 5 mm in gverage respectively. This medium is suitably both for rooting and bud growing,so the plantlingcan be produced by one step on this medium. The survival rclf(e of transplartion was 86.7%. The living rate of field planting was 100%. 15, 000 seedling of the tube-plant and5700 commercial plantling were acquired through two year,s study. A set simple,quickand practial production process of factory culture seedling of tuble seedling has proliminary established.
