重视对历史建筑的保护与再利用——由沈阳“文物楼”引发的思考

Pay Attention to Historical Architectures＇ Preservation and ReuseSome Consideration from ‘Well Wu kou＇ of Shenyang

本文以“文物楼”为例，细数其所遭受的劫难，回顾其历史发展过程，提出“保留历史皱纹延续历史文脉”保护与再利用的观点，以“新老建筑相互协调，古今风貌相得益彰”为设计思想的保护方案，呼吁社会重视对历史建筑的保护与再利用。

This paper takes the ＂Culture Building＂ for an example, expatiates the inexorable doom it has undergone, retro- spects its development course. It suggests a protection and reuse viewpoint that ＂reserve history wrinkle, last history culture vein＂, a design thinking of the protect plan that ＂new building accor- dances with the old, history and today reciprocal each other＂ . So as to appeal the society attach importance to history buildings＇ protection and reuse.
