20世纪中国女建筑师社会地位的多角度透视

The Multi- angles Perspective of Chinese Women Architects＇ Social Position in 20th Century

中国妇女是社会建设和发展的不可缺少的一分子，但是她们的付出与她们的社会地位不成正比。本文就其原因，并以女建筑师为例，主要是从教育、婚姻与家庭、择业与就业三方面挖掘其根源所在，指出不足之处，并针对如何达到男女建筑师社会地位平等问题进行了简单畅想。

Chinese women is an indispensable member of social construction and development .However, their pay is not proportional with their social status. This paper sets woman architects as an example to find out the reason mainly from education, marriage and family, Careers and Employment three facets, figuring out the lessness, and make a simple thinking of the question how to make man and woman architects achieve equale social status.
