辐射对伤口巨噬细胞调节成纤维细胞增殖的影响及苯妥因钠的作用 被引量:7

摘要 实验以大鼠背部置入聚乙烯醇海绵的切口伤为模型,直接从切口获取MΦ和成纤维细胞(FBS),通过体外共同培养,研究了电离辐射全身照射、局部照射对MΦ调节FBS增殖的影响,以及苯妥因钠(PS)的作用。结果表明6Gy全身辐射和20Gy局部辐射后,伤口MΦ调节伤口FBS增殖的能力都显著的下降,但局部辐射使伤口FBS的增殖能力显著的下降,而全身辐射使伤口MΦ的功能明显的下降;PS能增强MΦ功能及其调节FBS增殖的能力,同时部分逆转局部辐射和全身辐射的影响。说明全身辐射和局部辐射都造成伤口MΦ调节FBS增殖能力的降低,但两者机制不同;PS能通过加强MΦ功能部分逆转局部辐射和全身辐射的这种影响。 Macrophages (Mφ) and fibroblasts (FBS) were obtained from the polyvinyl alcohol spon-ges which were implanted in a rat dorsal incisiem. The modulation of FBS proliferation by Mφ, and the effect of irradiation and phenytoin sodium (PS) on that were investgated by the co-culture of FBS and Mφ. It was found that the modulatory activities of FBS proliferation by Mφ were decreased by systemic irradiation and local irradiation. The ability of FBS proliferation was decreased by local irradiation, and the function of Mφ was decreased by systemic irradiation, PS increased the modulatory activities and reversed the effect of irradiation on it. The results indicated that both systemic and loca] irradiation impaired the modulatory ability of Mφ to FBS proliferation in different way, PS increased the modulatory ability of Mφ to FBS proliferation by improving the function of Mφ.
