西药门诊处方用药合理性分析

Analysis of the Rational Use of Medicine in Out-patient Prescription

目的通过对我院西药门诊处方用药的合理性进行分析,了解我院门诊使用药物的现状,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法回顾性随机抽查我院2005年5～6月和2006年5～6月西药门诊处方共10031份,进行逐一的审核及统计分析。结果人均用药2.4种,人均每次药费74.80元;其中使用抗菌药物的处方占38.02%,使用注射剂的处方占25.97%,全部使用药品通用名的处方占22.42%;不合理处方占29.88%,其中2005年处方不合格率为37.75%,2006年处方不合格率为22.03%。结论我院2006年西药门诊处方质量较2005年好,但仍存在一定问题。

Objective To comprehend the：condition of the medicine practice by analyzing the rational use of medicine in out-patient prescription to provided the reference for the clinical Methods From May to June in 2005-2006, total of 10 031 out-patient prescriptions were checked randomly, and examined , analyzed, statisticed retrospectively in sequence Results In the prescriptions which we had checked, the kinds of average using drag was 2.4 in everybody, and the charge of medicine was ￥74.80 Yuan on average every time. The rate of prescriptions which used the antibiotics was 38.02%, used the injection was 25.97%, used the drug universal nomenclature entirely was 22.42%. All of them, the rate of unreasonable prescriptions was 29.88%, In 2005, the rate was 3775% and it was 22.03% in 2006. Conclusion The quality of the prescription in 2006 was better than that in 2005. i But there still exist some problems and we Still need to have the further improvement,
