The cationic quaternary ammonium salt bituminous emulsifier was synthesized with themethod of hydroxybenzene, epichlorohydrin, and triethylamine mixed together. The UV spectrum,CMC of the production and the performance of bituminous mixture were tested. The testing method ofCMC was introduced emphatically.
