摘要
开级配抗滑磨耗层(OGFC)较大的孔隙率,使其具有排水、消音、抗滑、防火等多项功能,另一方面,也导致沥青用量偏少、易老化,混合料易离析、温度损失较快等问题。针对这些问题,从材料选择、施工控制、养护维修等方面提出了解决措施。根据OGFC自身特点,提出了OGFC适合应用的以及不适合应用的场所。
There are large porous in OGFC, which grants it multiple function of drainage, noise eliminating, slippery resistance and fireproofing, etc. On the other hand, large porous also results in many defects on OGFC, such as comparatively smaller asphalt quantity, easier aging, easier segregate and faster temperature losing. Based on its characteristic, solving measures are formulated on material option, construction control and maintenance of OGFC. Finally, it describes the situation where OGFC can be used or cannot be used.
