燃料对阳极焙烧炉燃烧过程影响的数值模拟

摘要 针对燃气的阳极焙烧炉和燃油的阳极焙烧炉炉内燃烧情况,本文采用数值模拟的方法和CFD软件分别进行了计算与分析,并对比了两种燃料对阳极焙烧炉运行情况的影响,认为燃气阳极焙烧炉的综合性能优于燃油阳极焙烧炉。 In this paper, the combustion processes in a gas - fired anode - baking furnace and an oil - fired anode - baking furnace are simulated and ana- lyzed by means of the principle of numerical simulation and relative CFD software. The effects of these two different fuels on the operation of anodebaking furnace were compared as well. It is demonstrated that the comprehensive performance of the gas - fired anode- baking furnace was superior to that of the oil - fired anode - baking furnace.
