论信用的本质、类型以及信用制度的历史嬗变

Discourse on the Essence,Genre of Credit and the Evolvement of Credit System

首先探讨了信用本质的内涵,具体从金融信贷层面的信用、社会经济层面的信用和道德伦理层面的信用三个层面分析了信用的类型.在此基础上,揭示了经济发展水平决定信用发展的三个主要阶段.文章强调,信用制度是对信用现象的规范和制约,它的演进经历了人伦信用制度阶段、契约信用制度阶段和社会契约信用制度阶段三个逐渐递进的阶段.我国现实经济发展的非均质性决定了信用制度建设的区域性;把信用与信用制度演变的阶段性与我国现实经济发展的非均质性特征相结合,导出我国信用制度建设构成中滞后模式、跨越式模式和平行模式三种基本模式.

First of all, this article questioned closely about the connotation of the essence of credit, analysed the type of credit concretely from 3 aspects.1, credit on credit financing;2, credit on social economy ;3. credit on moral or ethical. On this basis, the study revealed that economic development level determines the 3 main phases of credit development, strongly emphasized that credit system is a norm or restrict to credit phenome- non. Its development has undergone 3 gradually sublimed phases which include ethical credit system, bargain credit system and social bargain credit system. The unhomogenized characteristic of China＇ s current economic development has determined the regionalization of credit system construction. Combining the periodical characteristic of credit and credit system development with the unhomogenized characteristic of China＇ s current economic development, lead to the 3 basic mode in China＇ s credit system constitution, which include lagging mode, leap -forwarding mode and paralleling mode.
