略论发展文化产业

Primary Discussion on Developing Cultural Industry

党的十五届五中全会通过的《中共中央央制定国民经济和社会发展第十个五年计划的建议》中,首次使用了"文化产业"这一概念,并提出完善文化产业政策,加强文化市场建设和管理,推动文化产业发展的任务和要求,标志了文化产业在我国的地位正式确立。本文从发展文化产业的意义、发展文化产业中存在的问题、创造发展文化产业的氛围及主攻方向等方面论述了发展文化产业这一论题,以引起社会各界关注。

＂Suggestion about Communist Party Formulating The Tenth Five- year Plan of National Economy and Social Development＂passed by The 5th Plenary Session of the 15th National Congress of the CPC, used ＂Cultural Industry＂ this concept for the first time, and proposed the task and request of perfecting the policy of cultural industry, enforcing establishment and management of cultural market to driving the devdopment of cultural industry. It indicates the formal establishment of status of cultural industry in China. This article discusses this thesis from developing culture industry significance, existent problems in developing culture industry, creating atmosphere of development culture industry atmosphere and main direction, and so on in order to cause the attention of the society.
