Protection and Measures of Library Intellectual Property in Network Environment

本文探讨了网络环境下图书馆涉及的知识产权问题,从而引出目前图书馆在网络环境下合理使用信息资源所面临的挑战,最后,从国内立法和面对WTO电子版权规则两个方面提出了网络环境下图书馆知识产权保护的对策和措施。

This essay discusses the rights of intellectual property of libary in the network environment. And the library is facing challenges when it wants to use the information resources rationally in the network environment. Then, from domestic legislation and the rules of the WID two electronic copyright, this essay puts forward some strategies and countermeasures which address in the protection of fights of intellectual property in the network environment.
