Ecological Modernization——A Report on China Green Development(abstracted)

介绍了生态现代化的研究对象,生态现代化的欧洲理论及一般理论。在实证研究与操作层面上将生态现代化分为生态响应、生态经济、生态社会3大领域,4个层次,12个分领域。采用时序分析与截面分析方法,选取了100多个生态变量指标分析比较了不同经济发展水平国家的生态变量的前沿、差距、结构及变化趋势,提出了中国生态现代化发展战略及10条政策建议。中国生态现代化目标是到2050年达到世界中等水平。

The paper introduced the objective of ecological modernization, the European theory and the general theory of ecological modernization. In terms of empirical research and practical operation, ecological modernization will be divided into such three fields as ecological response, ecological economy and ecological society, four levels and twelve sub-domains. By means of time-series analysis and cross-section analysis, it selected more than 100 indicators of ecological variables to compare gap, structural changes and trends, put forth the strategies of China＇ s ecological modernization and 10 policy recommendations. The objective of China＇s ecological modernization is to reach the level of the moderately developed countries in 2050.
