论述了监督的涵义和监督的四大功能。森林资源监督的内涵及主要职能是：监督管理行为;开展督查执法;提出调控建议;反馈报告情况。林地管理的监督,目前主要针对征、占用林地的监督,简要论述实施林地管理监督的程序和方法。
This paper discusses the meaning of supervision and four functions of monitoring. The connotation and main functions of forest resources supervision are to supervise and manage, law enforcement, proposed regulation and feedback on the situation. The key of woodland management supervision is the levy on woodland supervision. And it briefly discussed the procedures and methods in the implementation of the forest management supervision.
