摘要
以甲苯-2,4-二异氰酸酯和聚乙二醇为主要原料,以酒石酸为亲水扩链剂,采用阴离子自乳化方法合成水性聚氨酯(PU),对实验阶段的投料方法、时间、温度、试剂的用量进行了优化选择,确定了较适宜的条件。通过红外谱图研究分析发现,封闭剂的添加能使异氰酸酯基团暂时失去活性。利用封闭反应可逆性的特点,来改善纸张的性能。
Water-soluble polyurethane was synthesized by mean of anionic self-emulsification. Tolyene-2, 4-diisocyanate (2, 4-TDI) and poly-ethylene (PEG 400) were used as the raw materials. Tartaric acid was used as hydrophilic chain extender. The effects of reaction time, temperature as well as the adding sequence and addition levels of various materials were optimized to establish suitable reaction environment, According to the FTIR analysis,blocked agent makes the diisocyanate groups lose its reactivity temporarily.
