二次加料时间对AM-ST无皂乳液共聚物胶粒形态的影响

摘要 考察了二次加料时间对丙烯酰胺(AM)-苯乙烯(ST)无皂乳液聚合反应的速率和胶粒形态的影响。研究结果表明,在第1阶段的二次加料使成核数目增多,胶粒粒径减小和乳液黏度降低;在第2阶段进行二次加料的AM-ST无皂乳液聚合反应的单体转化率减小;在第3阶段进行二次加料时二次成核反应出现,胶粒粒径减小,但粒径分布并没有变宽。 The effects of secondary feeding times on the copolymerization rate and particle structure of the soap-free copolymerization of acrylamide-styrene were investigated. The results show that secondary feeding in the first phase increases the nucleation number, decreases the particle size and reduces the viscosity of latex. Secondary feeding in the second phase decreases the monomer conversion. Secondary feeding in the third phase induces second nucleation, decreases the particle size but has little effect on the particle size distribution.
