北京市≤2岁麻疹病例发病危险因素研究 被引量:35

Risk Analysis for Measles Cases Under 2 Years Old Children in Beijing.

摘要 目的研究北京市≤2岁麻疹病例发病危险因素。方法调查2005年≤2岁麻疹病例,收集就诊情况、母亲相关信息,与麻疹个案调查表整合分析。结果母亲曾患麻疹与病例患麻疹有显著关系,病例在发病前潜伏期内及病后传染期内有就诊史的,占调查人数的27.2%和94.6%,且>50%患者首选医院是儿童医院或妇幼保健院,到传染病医院就诊次数仅占发病后就诊总人次的45.6%。结果≤2岁麻疹病例表现出医院聚集性,存在医院内感染的可能。 Objective The incidence of measles among children 42 years old is the highest in any other age group,so we carried out a study about the risk factors of these population. Methods Five hundred and thirty-three measles cases were involved, and the information about hospital visit history in incubation and communicable period,and mother's basic information were collected. Result The data shows that the onset month is significant correlation with mother's measles onset history,and the hospital visit history in incubation and communicable period are 27. 20% and 94. 6 % respectively. Over 50 % children were taken to children's hospital first. After onset,only 45.6 % cases have the visit history of infectious disease hospital. Conclusion These cases present the character of hospital aggregation, which gives the evidence for measles hospital infection in Beijing.
