摘要
目的:研究ADAM28在成骨样细胞MC3T3-E1中的表达。方法:采用细胞培养,免疫组化和免疫荧光染色方法检测ADAM28在成骨细胞中可能存在的机制。结果:ADAM28成功表达于小鼠MC3T3-E1成骨样细胞上,免疫组化和免疫荧光检测显示:ADAM28在MC3T3-E1上表达阳性,对照组与实验组间p<0.01,有显著性差异;荧光显微镜下,可见实验组显示较强的绿色荧光,阳性表达明显。结论:ADAM28可能通过参与成骨细胞的生物学活动来促进其细胞的增殖分化。
Objective:To study the expression of ADAM28 on osteoblast-like cells (MC3T3-E1) in vitro. Method: cell culture, immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence were used to examine the possible mechanisms of ADAM28 on the osteoblast. Result:ADAM28 were successfully expressed on the mice osteoblast-like cells, MC3T3-El in vitro. Immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence indicated that the expression of ADAM28 on the MC3T3-E1 were positive. P value between control group and experiment group less than 0.01,and these groups were significantly different;The experiment group of immunofluorescence shown that the cells have green fluorescence with organized structure under the fluorescence light microcopy. Conclusion:ADAM28 may promote proliferation and differentiation of oetsoblast by participating in bioactivity of oetsoblast.
