摘要
对高炉高温综合操作指数(HMR)的研究与开发应用进行了阐述。通过对世界上不同地域、不同冶炼条件下现役8座高炉的操作参数、技术经济指标等进行统计分析、归纳与研究,提出了HMR概念,并结合中国武钢1号高炉的生产数据,分析了HMR的作用及应用效果,说明了HMR应用范围、使用方法以及需要注意的事项。结果表明,HMR可以准确反映高炉的生产操作与炉况运行情况,具有适应性强、应用范围广、可靠性高等特点;正确使用HMR,可促使高炉实现高效强化冶炼,达到增产、降耗与环境友好的目的;通过一定的软件设计,HMR可为高炉的高效操作提供有效指导;同时,HMR对企业的各层管理者均有重要参考作用。
The work of searching for a blast furnace high temperature comprehensive operational index is illustrated in some details. Based on operating data of eight commercial blast furnaces in three continents and under various economic condi- tions, through synthesis as well as statistical analysis, the index HMR has been proposed and its validity established. The da- ta from No. 1 blast furnace of WISCO is used here as an example; the characteristics of the index HMR and the ranges and limitations in its applications are explained. The results show that HMR index reflexes reasonably well the production level and operation conditions of a blast furnace. Further more this index has been demonstrated, in comparison with alternatives, of better adaptability, wider range of application and higher stability. With appropriate use of the HMR index, the goal of higher productivity, lower consumption of energy and more environment - friendly practice would be within our reach. The HMR index can be used to advise blast furnace operators, with some software which are being developed, to operate a blast furnace more effectively. This index could be helpful for executives of a company to evaluate the working state of a blast furnace because HMR is relatively concise and complete.
