鞍钢新4号高炉应用技术的自主创新

摘要 鞍钢新4号高炉(2580m^3)采用了烧结矿分级入炉及小块焦回收、炉顶料流阀重量调节控制、超滤反渗透除盐水工艺、炉体长寿综合技术、球式顶燃热风炉预热的高风温外燃式热风炉、国产冷水INBA法炉渣处理、旋流式煤气重力除尘器配干法煤气除尘、遥控操作全液压开口机和泥炮,远距离直接喷煤等新技术,且全部由鞍钢自主开发和建设,且做到了一次投产成功。 In new No. 4 BF (2580 m^3) of Angang, several new technologies are developed by Angang and used: separately charging sinter according to its size, recycling of fine coke, top valve controlling by weight, ultra -filtration reverse osmosis water demineralization, comprehensive long campaign technology of furnace stack, high temperature external combustion hot air stove preheated by spherical top combustion type preheating furnace, water cooled INBA slag granulation locally supplied, cyclone gravity type dust precipitator and dry dedusting technology, remotely controlled hydraulic taphole drilling machine and mud gun, remote direct PCI, etc. ,All these technologies are successfully applied and function.
