牙科医生医院感染控制知识与行为调查分析

Dentists′ Knowledge and Behavior about Hospital Infection Control: An Investigation and Analysis

目的了解萧山区牙科医生医院感染知识水平,对其感染控制行为作评价。方法抽查萧山区49所医疗单位的49名牙科医生,采用自行设计的调查表进行问卷调查。结果诊室配备了防护眼镜占42.56%,偶尔戴防护眼镜占20.14%;>50%人员口罩使用时间>0.5 d;不了解六步洗手法占20.41%,认为每次脱手套后洗手没有必要,占10.20%;牙科医生有双手回套注射器针帽的习惯占61.22%,医生在刺伤后能正确处理伤口占20.41%;接种乙型肝炎疫苗占57.14%;愿意治疗HIV/AIDS占53.06%;只有30.61%的牙科医生接受过AIDS口腔表征的学习。结论牙科医生医院感染控制知识水平低下,普遍存在不利于感染控制的行为,提示在职牙科医生中开设有关医院感染知识的继续教育课程十分必要。

OBJECTIVE To know about dentists＇knowledge level of hospital infection and evaluate their infection control behavior in Xiaoshan District, Hangzhou City. METHODS Forty nine dentists were selected from 49 hospitals, and the self-administered questionnaires were delivered to them. RESULTS The results indicated 42.56% clinics equipped with protective spectacles, and 20. 14% dentists used them occasionally. More than 50.00% dentists wore masks and changed them at least half a day. 20.41% Didn＇t know the six-step washing-hand method, and 10. 20% thought it＇s unnecessary to wash hands after pulling off gloves, and the circles of towel-washing were too long. 61. 22% Recapped the injections by two hands, and 20. 41% could handle the injuries correctly after needle-stick. 57. 14% Of the dentists had been immunized against hepatitis B, 53.06% were willing to treat HIV/AIDS, 30. 61% had studied the oral manifestation of AIDS. Almost all of them felt they need a training about infection control and occupational safety. CONCLUSIONS Dentists find their deficiencies in infection control knowledge and behavior, so it is necessary for them to go on continuing education about hospital infection control.
