硅胶管在泪道重建手术中的应用观察

目的探讨硅胶管在泪道重建手术的应用效果及注意问题。方法对26例(31只眼)慢性泪囊炎患者在泪囊鼻腔吻合术中植入硅胶管,随访6～25.5个月,平均11.8个月,观察治疗效果。结果26例(31只眼)随访半年以上,全部消除溢泪、溢脓症状,泪道冲洗通畅。结论在泪道手术中植入硅胶管道能提高手术成功率,无并发症发生。

Objective Seek effects and concerns on silica sol tube apphed in tractus lacrimalis restoration operation. Method Sihca sol tube set into 26 cases （ 31 eyes ） of chronic dacryecystitis patients. Observation of 6 - 22.5 months with average 11.8months to evaluate the treatment effect. Result Observation of over 6 months on 26 cases （ 31 eyes ） proves all epiphora and blennorrhea eliminated with smooth lacrimalis passage irritation. Conclusion Silica sol tube set in tractus lacrimalis brings about higher operation success rate with non - occurrence of complication.
