In this articte, based on the basic conditions of China,we have expounded the effect township enterprises have been creating in the shifting duration of dural-economy,and challeges they have faced and will face in the course of development. And have put forward a tentative plan to make township enterprises stand on a higher level by means of centering adjustment and optimization of the industrial structare, formulating group of enterprises development strategy,operation transnationally on a large scare, raising the guality of all enterprises and accelerating urbanization of countryside.
