摘要
本文回顾了"十五"以来第三军医大学附属医院建设发展的实践,认为应以解放思想引领科学发展,靠深化改革破解发展难题,将技术领先作为发展之本,用管理创新提升发展效益,把保障打赢作为发展归宿。
Based on the retrospective study on the construction and development practice of the affiliated hospitals of Third Military Medical University, the following suggestions were put forward： Liberate people＇s thinkings guided by the development of science view, deepen the reform to tackle the developmental problems, solidify the foundation of development by achieving precedence in technology, improve the developmental efficiency by innovating managerial phase and strive to ensure triumph.
